The Saunex is warranted for a full year to work perfectly as designed. If any operational failure should occur during that time, the sauna will be repaired for free. Also, there is a 30-day money-back period after sale in which the sauna may be returned for full refund (buyer covering shipping cost) for any reason whatsoever, no questions asked.
